Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Wizard products is standard and signifies the high quality of our product giving the customer peace of mind as long as they own the product.

Damage Resistant:
High quality components ensure longevity and durability. Extra mesh rolled inside the housing makes the product impact resistant allowing for the mesh screen to give with contact. Screen mesh is not damage proof and kids, pets, sharp objects, etc. can and may cause damage to the door or product.

Product Components:
Our Products are made from high quality non-recycled extruded aluminum with baked enamel finishes, UV protected silicone injected PVC color matched end caps, handle, and magnet casings. Extra reinforced fiberglass screen mesh coated with PVC.

Production Process:
Attention to detail and quality standards at the Wizard factory coupled with TQM (Total Quality Management) practices at the production plant ensure a consistent quality that is triple checked before shipping.

Quality Installation

Professional Installation:
Custom fit professional Wizard Certified Installation with a Labor Warranty is standard for all Wizard approved installation companies. Product can be installed in any door or opening including windows and French Doors. All Wizard Retractable Screen doors are pre-measured and custom made for each application to ensure proper operation.

Warranty:
Wizard has a limited lifetime manufacturers' warranty on all parts excluding the screen mesh and is honored and serviced through our authorized dealers. Cost of Labor Not Included after one Year.

Service:
Wizard certified installers come to your home for sales consultations, installations and offer After Sale Service at your home.

Wizard Industries Inc. offers a limited lifetime warranty on all components, excluding the screen mesh. Defective components will be replaced free of charge for up to 1 year from the date of installation.
